DF Town Map

Dementia Friendly Massachusetts Map

More than 150 towns and cities across the Commonwealth are moving forward to make their communities a more welcoming place for people living with dementia as well as their loved ones and care partners. The municipalities identified on the map have elected to introduce dementia-friendly education and direct-service programs to support people living with the disease and the greater community. Those in blue have signed the DFM Pledge.

For more information about what your city or town is doing to become more dementia-friendly, contact your local Council on Aging.
